We in the Higher Realms, recognise that we exist in 'all Densities' and that the expression of Who and What We Are is not limited to one SELF, or limited to one Density, nor do we Feel limited by being just a part of one Star System, one Galaxy or even one Universe. Therefore, we encourage you to see yourselves as Multi-Density Beings of Love and Light and to look beyond your singular expression in the Density you find yourselves in right now.
Even at this present moment as your 4th Density Being, you are also expressing within and experiencing simultaneously, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Densities. In the occasional expression as your 5th Density Self, you find that you like it, and it is in those moments that you can acknowledge that you are a Multi-Density Being. However, in truth, all Densities exist in the same space, only at different Frequencies and the YOU that you really are, exists in ALL those Densities.
Most of the time the YOU that you are right now, experiences all Densities within you. Therefore, in-order to understand this on a visceral, experiential level, you are required to 'pay attention' to what is 'within you'. You are meant to go beyond the Words, Thoughts and Actions that have come before you in your Reality and to go beyond your own accomplishments in this lifetime, and to not see yourselves only as an accumulation of Thought, Word, and Action. You are meant to go beyond all of that.
There are many ways that you can experience your Multi-Density Self, through meditation, channelling, by doing healing and by sending Love to other parts of the Planet, Galaxy and the Universe. We invite you right now, to 'tune in' to what is available to you that goes beyond the 4th Density, by placing your Consciousness into your Heart and see what you can Feel 'within you' that is Infinite and Eternal. Because Knowing yourself, means more to you than Knowing 'the you' that you have been 'pretending to be' for so long. And to Know yourself means to Know your Real Self, your Whole Self, your True Self, requiring for you to go beyond what you have said, thought and done.
You are at times encouraged to Feel for 'who you really are' as Light and Love, as a Being that knows no boundaries, no limitations. You want to be the 'version of you' that cannot be categorized and placed into a box. It is by you wanting to 'Know yourself as undivided', that you can then Know your planet and people as undivided. Therefore, we suggest you focus your 'undivided attention' and 'tune in' to the Feeling that points you in the direction of Source, the direction that we are all heading in, and in this way, you can go out and live your lives and see what you can Create and how much you can 'Appreciate and Love the World' that you have created, along with so many other Souls who are sharing this journey with you.
We want you to know that you can be assisted by those of us who are living something different from our Non-Physical plane of existence and we do understand what you require, and we will supply the Energy to assist you with your creations, because you Know what you need and you Know that you have Free Will to create what you want to create. We cannot simply provide them to you once they are created. We want you to understand that you must maintain 'the Vibration you were in, when you created that manifestation' to bring it to fruition in your experience, as we cannot simply make them available immediately, once they are created.
This does not mean that you must continually have your Thoughts on 'what you want' all the time, nor that you must speak about it or write about it all the time. You can continue to have a good time living the life of your dreams as best you can, and continue to be in that Higher Vibrational state with Faith that your creations are coming. Most often, those who are putting an immense amount of effort into manifesting something into their experience, have the least amount of Faith, or they are 'believing in the process' rather than 'in themselves' and the Law of the Universe states, that you will receive whatever you are a Vibrational match to.
We encourage and invite you to see yourselves as being 'powerful enough' to manifest whatever it is you can dream up in your imagination, however, you may have to wait longer than you would like to and sometimes it is 'the waiting', the prolonged uncertainty and a lack of immediate results or confirmation that can erode ones Faith, in the form of belief, trust or hope.
As previously mentioned, the best course of action is to 'Love your Self and your life in the present moment', regardless of 'what is' or 'is not present' in your life. In this way, there is no waiting, because you are too busy enjoying what you already have and are already Appreciating 'what IS manifest in your experience', that you have no time for waiting or checking to see how long it has been since you asked for what you wanted. Know that it is already yours, it is making its way to you, and as long as you 'remain true to yourself', you will be in that Higher Vibrational state to openly receive what you have called to yourself, with the Power that you have within you to Create, Manifest and Experience the life that you dream.
Remember, it becomes a Co-creation when there are others involved. And know that there is more Energy coming your way and together, you can focus on what you want to Co-create and remind each other that life is still good, even though your Co-creation has not yet arrived into your experience. You are all Co-creating all the time, which is powerful, and while you have all the Power that you need 'within you', it is also fun to 'create with others' and to 'experience your creations coming into fruition' and celebrating with one another of just how powerful you are.
What is happening there on Earth in many ways, is a reflection to Us of ourselves and we always look at what we can see outside of ourselves as reflecting something back to us that we need to see. We also place our attention on Earth because we are interested in helping all of you, and we recognise that what we see is showing us something that we are still working on in our own Spiritual Evolution. We are still 'work in progress' ourselves, with work still to be done and improvements to be made and we may see something in your Realm that we are still carrying an extremely small amount of judgment towards, and therefore, we know we must clear that by integrating it. We encourage you to do the same, especially when you are looking at the beliefs of others, the actions, and the political affiliation of others.
You still have much to do in-order to move past your judgments, your resistances, your resentments, and everything that you are carrying 'within you' that no longer 'serves you' that also requires cleansing by integrating it within you. Now is a wonderful time to be doing that, as you want to be the 'clearest version of your Self' as you embark upon Extra-Terrestrial contact in the Physical. You will need to have and want to have Let Go of everything that would prevent you from having a 'pure experience' of that other aspect of Source that you will be encountering when you are standing in front of one of these E.T. Beings. When you Let Go of the need for anyone else to 'be different and think differently' and to 'act differently' than they currently are, it will then make you happier, healthier, and more filled with the Light and Love of Source.
Therefore, when you look at the World as it is today, pay attention and notice what triggers you, because how you are getting triggered and where you are getting triggered are showing you what you still need to release. Instead of focusing on and telling others what work they need to do on themselves to get their act together, see within yourself where you can shift 'your Perception' of what you are looking at and then make Peace with everything As It Is, right now, that then allows everyone else the opportunity to Grow and to Change.
There is no need to fight over who is more right in this current version of themselves, that will nevertheless change and be different in a few years or many years from now, because they will change, as will you. Once you recognise that 'you are changing' and that you have changed so much already, you can then give others the permission, freedom, and the opportunity to 'do the same', without you having to be the one to convince them to change for the better, from your point of view.
Recognise instead, what you are Feeling and ask yourself whether you like how you Feel when you focus on that person, group, or government, and if you do not like how you Feel, then you will know that you have some work to do on yourself. The best way to work on yourself is to simply 'breathe your way through the discord, the lack of harmony, the negative emotion that you are feeling', own it, Recognise, Validate, Feel and Choose again, and then you will allow more of 'who and what you really are' to flow to you and through you. And when you do this work, you are much more beneficial to everyone and everything that you encounter and after you have engaged in this simple process, the mirror will be reflecting something much better to you.
Remember, you are all on a journey of Changing, Transforming, Becoming. It is not a journey about going to a different place and taking the 'same old you' with the 'same old beliefs' with you to that new place. There are some people who do have that idea about Ascension, who think that if you put them in a better place, that they then will be happier. There are people who think that all that is required is to put all the good people on the New Earth in 5D and to put the others who lower your energy elsewhere, and in their minds, then all problems will be solved.
You are well into understanding why you are here, once you recognise that shifting to a New level of Consciousness and a New Earth, is about changing YOU. You are there to firstly, EXPERIENCE THAT CHANGE WITHIN YOUR SELF. That is why a spaceship does not take all those who are ready to Ascend away to the better Earth, you are the ones in the process of Co-creating the New Experience of life on Earth, that will be a continuation of this Experience, a betterment of the tools that you have to work with.
It is through the Evolution of your Consciousness that you are honing and shaping your own skills and abilities right now and knowingly or unknowingly, it is something that you engage in every single day. Understand that 'every single day' you are giving yourselves an opportunity to see 'something or someone' differently. You are presenting yourselves with another opportunity to 'Change the way you Think and Feel' about that situation, that persistent problem that keeps coming up over and over again for you.
You are not there to wait and stagnate, you are there to give yourselves opportunity after opportunity to Grow and to Become. You are the 'Changemakers', and the Change starts with YOU. We are reminding you of this again, because it is possible for you to begin to see the Power and the impact of those Changes you make within yourselves. The 'ripple effect' and the 'boomerang effect' that has always been in place, albeit, has not always moved as quickly, is 'now possible' for you to experience.
You can experience Massive Changes within your own Life, your Community and within your World, because you are rapidly shifting now and jumping Timelines, and to arrive at the new place there is no need to fix a broken planet or mend all your wounds. However, at present you can offer a Higher Vibrational Thought, Feeling, Intention and even a Desire that places you on the Timeline to 'experience' more of the Reality that you would like to see, in the here and now. While it may not arrive tomorrow, or next week, you will not have to wait an entire lifetime or even decades, as those days are gone.
The days of 'instant manifestation' are coming, and you are moving towards that Realm. And by being more attentive to the Thoughts and Feelings that you are offering is the way you take yourself to that Realm. Be Aware, while also being kind, gentle and patient with yourselves, because even if you notice yourself going backwards down a track you have been several times before, know that it can be quickly undone with the next Thought that you offer, the next Intention that you hold and the next Feeling that surfaces within you.
We know you intimately well and hold space for you, knowing that you were born into a Reality where there are many Energies, Thoughts and Emotions surrounding you, some of which are attached to you, and that at times you operate from those Thought forms, Energies and Emotional states of being and do not represent Who and What You Really Are. Understand and recognise that you were born into a soup of all those choices and some of those choices were made to seem alluring to you so that you would make Lower Vibrational choices, therefore, there is no need to Feel embarrassed or shamed about something that you have said or thought.
And you may ask yourself why you would subject yourselves to the possibility of doing or saying something that would be Lower Vibrational in nature, that may hurt someone's Feelings or physically hurt them. It is because those experiences, provide you the opportunity to Feel the Feelings that surface for you, and then as a result you can make informed and deliberate choices. You get to have opportunities to Feel how awful it Feels to 'not be' Who You Really Are, to not operate from that level of Consciousness, and in having those awful Feelings, you have an opportunity to make a 'Conscious and deliberate Choice' to move towards Who and What You Really Are. That is what it is all about.
It is much better to make 'that choice to go home' than it is to be just drawn by a force into the Light that is greater than your Free Will. Because we are all going home, and we are all going home together. We know, your Souls and Higher Selves know, that you will ALL make the choice to go to the Light and to go Home. And by you taking all the 'circuitous Paths' taking the long winded ways before going to the Light, adds something to all of Reality, something that could only be added by you making that mistake, taking that wrong turn, speaking words that hurt someone else's feelings.
Therefore, knowing this will perhaps make it easier for you to Forgive yourselves and to Let go of the shame and embarrassment, self-recrimination, and self-hatred. Once you can Let Go of those things Consciously and deliberately, you then have the opportunity to 'Feel the relief' that comes from Letting Go of that darkness and heaviness. Know that in making the 'better feeling' choices, you get to Feel what it Feels like to Physically have your 'whole body lighting up' and saying 'yes' to that Choice, that Thought and that Action.
Know that you are meant to be 'works in progress' and meant to mess up so that you could 'Feel the Joy and the relief' once you get it right. That is what this is all about, it is about the movement, about the challenge and it was never about being born into a body and onto a planet so that you could be 'perfect' in every way. And once you start making choices to move to the Light, you are going to appear as a leader and a teacher to others.
It will be good for them to know and for you to be transparent about the fact, that you are not perfect, that you are not complete, and that the work continues for you. It is by you all being in your allowance of each other, by not being so hard on each other, forgiving each other, that makes it easier for you to not be so hard on yourselves, forgiving yourselves and to be at Peace with where you are and who you are. It is when you come to that place of Peace that you get to move on to the next Level of your Ascension.
