Those of you that know you are on an Ascension Journey are there to lighten your load by doing your 'inner work' as often as possible, because you know it helps to raise your Frequency. However, many of you are doing so in a way that is painful and you think that it must hurt for a variety of reasons. However, it need not hurt even though pain is a part of your life experience there on Earth, and from time to time you will experience pain. However, you always have the option to Let Go of that which is heavy, dark and does not serve you, before it becomes the process to Let Go.
You are receiving 'subtle signals' that are telling you to Let it Go, however, many of you are ignoring them until you get to the painful part that becomes your 'wake-up call' and that painful part, is telling you that you must make a change. Many people even then, still avoid doing what they need to do because you want some 'outside assistance' that requires you to do nothing to help yourself, you want someone else to do it for you. This also applies to you wanting to receive some kind of cure to heal you, instead of asking yourself 'what are you doing to create this Emotional or Physical pain'.
We want you to know that you are doing something to create it, whether it is resistance, judgment, fear or simply 'not listening to the Guidance' that you are receiving, that is directing you to move in a direction that will ultimately serve you so much more than the one you are insisting on. Only you can determine what the source of your pain is, or what the heaviness is that you have been holding on to and carrying around, so that you can release and Let Go of it. The removal of the pain you are feeling need not be so painful, and all that is required is for you to 'pay closer attention' to those 'subtle signs' that you are receiving.
Therefore, before it becomes so problematic that you must go through something Emotionally and Physically painful, you can Let Go of it before it becomes an issue, as it is not serving you. We suggest you take this as an opportunity to 'look within yourselves' and ask yourselves 'what you are holding onto' that you really do need to Let Go of, because on an Ascension journey, you must let these things go.
Now is the time for you to 'want to release them' easily and painlessly before something unavoidably painful is created by you in your lives. We remind you again, that you are Ascending and know that everything on Earth is changing. Therefore, it is time to Let Go of your old, worn out, repeated patterns that no longer serve you or anyone, and you are the ones to do it. You are the ones to lead the way because of your sensitivity to sense when something is not right.
We are offering the necessary Energies to assist you in your Ascension, however, we are offering you exactly 'what we want to offer' and whether you receive what we are offering or not, we cannot interfere with your process, with your journey, as that would be to circumvent your Free Will. And whether you accept our offering or not, it is entirely up to you, however, we do not see that as our decision, or our doing and we consider our offerings to be a success. It is always 'your Choice, your Fee Will' to choose whether or not you Accept our offering of Messages and Energies.
We consider our offerings a success and are satisfied with what we have sent you. In this way, you also can do the same with all the people in your lives, no matter whether you are acting as a friend, a parent, or a teacher, and it does not matter how you are operating in relationship to the other people in your life. And it does not matter what they do with what you have to offer, whether they do something with your offering or ignore it completely, because all you are doing is offering the Energies, the Good Intentions and perhaps Advice when prompted.
You are not responsible when someone in your life chooses not to receive the gift that you offer them, you cannot heal everyone, nor can you put everyone on track. And like us, you cannot interfere, because everyone in your life has a journey with Free Will, with choices to make and you cannot see their big picture, their learning that is for them to experience.
Therefore, do not ever think of yourselves as failures when you simply cannot help someone, even if they have come to you for assistance or for healing. It is 'up to them' to receive what you offer, and it is 'not up to you' to overcome their resistance to what you are offering. You are on the 'leading edge', and it is good for all of you to know this.
We remind you that you do not have the ability to do something for someone else, however, you can offer them your offerings and allow them to decide to take it or not. In this way, you can feel satisfied that you did your part and if there is 'no more' that you can do, then there is 'no more' that you are supposed to do. Therefore, relax and release yourselves from the pressure of 'having all the answers' or for 'being everything' to a person that they need you to be.
Understand that everyone has an opportunity to receive your offering, and that everyone has an opportunity to stand on their own two feet, with or without you. They are the ones who are creating their Reality and utilizing their Free Will, and you can 'hold space' for other people, offer them Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, Healing, and everything that you can. If you consider yourself to be an Empath, take the pressure off yourselves to 'be everything to everyone', and you will live a happier life. And in this way, you allow everyone else to live their lives and go through their 'trials and tribulations', because it all serves them, whether or not it seems that way to you.
Most people want to experience Freedom, Creativity, Expansion, and Excitement. These are all Non-Physical Energies, Vibrations that you do have the ability to access more of, and at any time. However, most of you do not do it, because you do not think that 'it is possible' or that 'it is possible for you'. Most people do not know that they want to live as a Physical expression of a Human Being with all that you can bring forth into the Physical, from the Non-Physical realm. However, people do know that they want to experience more Love, Peace, and Abundance in their lives.
They are experiences that you have and that you may Feel in your Physical Body, however, they all originate in the Non-Physical. You may also be using something that is very Physical as an excuse for feeling the way that you ultimately 'want to feel', but the feeling itself is once again, a Non-Physical expression. It is something that comes into the Physical for you to experience viscerally. Therefore, everyone really wants more of a merger of the Non-Physical with the Physical, and they go about getting that in different ways.
If you are not taught that you can get what you are looking for by 'going within', by reaching up and opening yourselves up to the Non-Physical, then it is more likely that you will only search for what you are looking for in the Physical Reality. You will use all the props and symbols, and the physicalised things to try to get you to a place that is ultimately a Non-Physical experience, a merging of something that is Non-Physical with your Physical Body.
Those of you who are applying critical thinking and believe in yourselves do seek to access these experiences, and bypass everything that the average person thinks they need, in-order to Feel the way they want to Feel. And in doing this consistently, you come to recognise that you have something to teach, something to offer other people, so that they too can enjoy more of the Non-Physical aspect of themselves and more of the Energy that is available to every single one of you.
Everyone, has their own unique ways of pursuing this Energy, and we are not saying for you to abandon what it is that you Feel you need that is Physical. We, here in the Non-Physical, want you to enjoy your pursuits and to explore Physical Reality. However, if you find that you do not get what you are looking for from the Physical Reality, know that it is still available to you as a Non-Physical Energetic experience. Therefore, 'go within' and give it to yourself and show yourself that you do not need anything. And usually, it is the people who do not need anything who soon find themselves having everything.
And we know that you are all doing so much better than you think you are, Individually and Collectively, and if we could convince you of that, then you could start Focusing on more Positive things and stop obsessing over the negative things. If you could simply Focus on what is working well for you in your life right now, then you would find that many of the problems, challenges and issues would be taken care of in magical and mysterious ways.
And because you have not been taught to Focus this way, there is no proof that it does actually work. You cannot repeatably experiment it scientifically over and over again to validate the authenticity, therefore, we suggest that YOU 'be the experiment' and experiment on yourselves and on your lives. And it is by Focusing on what is going well and right for you, and recognising when something works in a way that you cannot explain, when you have put no effort towards it, that you will know it was because of your Focus. That it was your 'Positive Belief in the process' that resulted in you successfully completing your task.
It is your Positivity that sends a ripple of Good Energy outwards, that comes back to you, and suddenly there are people appearing out of the woodwork to assist you. You are then more relaxed, more open, and receptive to the help coming from the Non-Physical Realm to assist you in all kinds of ways. Therefore, do not place the burdens of the World upon your shoulders and think that you must do everything, in-order to fix your life, or to fix the World. We recommend that you search for what is progressing smoothly and perfectly well in your life and give those aspects of your life your 'complete attention' for a while, all the while knowing, that whatever problems you may have, or issues you may be facing, they will be there when you return your attention to them, or they may not even be there.
You will see all your problems, issues, or challenges with fresh eyes, once you take 'your attention' off your problems for a while, and instead, raise your Vibration by focusing on something Good, something you are in Harmony with, something that you Love about your life, and life on Earth. This will allow Higher Vibrational 'perspectives' to flood into your Consciousness, and access to the 'solutions' that your Higher Mind has been trying to provide you. Because sometimes you cannot see or hear those solutions. You cannot know the solutions if you are not making yourself available to them, therefore, how can they find you.
You must be of the same Frequency that the 'good idea' is Vibrating at. Therefore, we suggest you Focus Positively and 'give your attention' to that which is 'good' in your life right now. Again, Let Go of the idea that you must do it all yourself in-order to prove yourself, because you are already worthy. You are already Perfect. You are already aspects of Source Energy, having different experiences, therefore, there is nothing for you to prove to anyone about anything, least of all yourselves and Source.
We suggest you do something fun and let all that go, all the while keeping track of how things have changed for the better after having decided to Focus on what is better in your life, rather than what is worrisome and troubling. Make use of your Time, your Energy, and your Ability to Focus in achieving some 'good results' with the experiments on yourselves. As you are the experiments.
You may not always acknowledge the journey that you have been on and the way in which you have grown as an Individual, however, you can see that as a Collective, you are moving forward in many Positive ways, and it is because of that Positive 'forward movement' that you are on the verge of Extra-Terrestrial contact. It is because of all of you who are assisting Humanity to Grow and Expand, to Evolve, to become Who and What You Really Are as Source Energy Beings. The work you are doing is necessary to bridge the gap between Human and Extra-Terrestrial Consciousness which is important. And because of those like you who have been readying all of Humankind for this type of expansion, it is happening.
The E.T. contact experience is more about you becoming more of your true Whole Selves, than it is about you just gaining access to their technology, wisdom, and their ideas. While you will be experiencing those things, the key to E.T contact is that you are meeting more of 'yourselves' in the process. Some of you will be literally meeting a counterpart, another aspect of your Over-Soul in Physical form, and it will be like meeting another you.
The expansion of Consciousness that will occur is because of the E.T. contact. The ways in which you 'must grow' as a result of having those experiences, are too many to enumerate. You are getting there, step by step and day by day. And while many of you would like to be there right now, having that experience, remember that you are on the leading edge. It will take time for others who are sharing this planet with you to be ready, therefore, be patient with them and be patient with the process, and know that in the meantime, you can have your own 'personal encounters' with E.T.s that can be quite lovely and long. And if you are ready, your encounters can even be every single night.
And we remind you again, that you ready yourselves by doing the 'inner work' that you need to do on yourselves. Let Go of that which does not serve you, process your Emotions, heal your Traumas, Forgive others, and so on. Doing those things makes it more likely that you will be on a faster track to 'full and open contact' for all. And by doing those things, you also bring yourselves as Individuals, closer to your own Personal E.T. contact experiences, which we know you want. They will be amazing, and you will benefit from them. Therefore, you may as well do the required work on yourselves that you know you must do, one way or the other. The true reward is the 'new you' that you get to experience as a result of Letting Go of what you need to Let Go of to be your Full, Whole, Unconditional Loving Selves.
