You have an enormous capacity to endure pain, and you have endured much over your lifetimes there on Earth. We know that many of you believe that pain is required in-order to Grow and Evolve, and some of you even believe that pain is an integral part of your Ascension. However, we want you to know that once you FEEL the pain and 'understand the message' from the pain, you will no longer need it and that it does not Serve you to perpetuate it.
Therefore, we want you to know that at this point in your lives, many of you are required to convince yourselves that 'pain is no longer necessary'. There is no need for you to take pain killers in-order not to be in pain, all that you are required to do is Recognise 'what' that pain is there to tell you, and for you to 'understand' the message from it. What the Physical pain will always indicate to you is that there has been 'emotional pain' that you have either ignored or suppressed. And once you 'get in touch' with the 'emotional pain' and allow the 'emotional pain' to Be What It Is and 'be felt by you', it is then that you will find that the Physical pain subsides.
It can be difficult to admit that you have been in 'denial of something', especially to yourself, however, you must be very honest with yourselves, because in doing so, you will find that pain can lead to Growth because of what it illuminates within you. However, it would be preferable that you do recognise the 'Emotion' and 'Thought' sooner, rather than having the need to Feel the pain Physically for the pain to gain 'your attention' that something is amiss. Your lower Vibrational Emotions are your 'indicators of how you are mis-Creating', therefore, you need to Know what lower Vibrational Emotions you are ignoring and suppressing. You are Creator Beings, and as such, you want to Create that which is for your benefit, that which is appropriate, and that which you desire.
And sometimes for you to see it, you need to search for a deeper understanding with meticulous examination of what you have been doing. You also need to notice how you are 'reacting to the pain' once you are experiencing it. We suggest that you consider what your Emotional, Mental and Physical response is to your pain, because these are all 'indicators' of how you have been living your life that you can now exchange for better Feeling responses. It is because of the pain you are experiencing 'in the moment' that you can start to see things differently, recognising that you no longer have to live with it.
Nor do you need the pain to become chronic, you can instead, see it as a temporary experience meant to send you a message. You can 'breathe' your way through the Physical and Emotional pain and in clearing of the Physical and Emotional pain, it allows you to Feel relief, and in your relief, you are able to Create anew. We encourage you to start doing so now, along with every aspect in your life that is not the way you would like it to be, and in this way, you are able to see yourself and your World differently. We know that at some point in your experience as a Being of Consciousness, you ALL will benefit from everything that you are living right now.
Therefore, we want you to know that nothing is a waste of time, waste of effort or a waste of money, nor is any relationship, a failure. You are benefiting from 'every single moment' that you experience there on Earth, and once you recognise that, more of the benefit can be taken from each experience that you are having. Therefore, nothing is a waste of time, waste of effort or a waste of money, nor is any relationship, a failure. We are here to remind you of that through these words and this energetic message filled with the knowledge that you are always moving towards something more and better.
Therefore, we invite you all, right now to join us in this Vibration, to see your current life circumstances as Serving you in enormous ways, and we invite you all to Co-Create with us the better version of Earth that you want to experience. When you are facing your biggest challenges there on Earth is when you are doing the enormous amount of Creating and Expanding. FEEL for that Expansion and visualise what that 'better World' might look like, what your 'better life experience' might look and Feel like to you. Take the benefit and the Expansion because it is yours for the taking. You created it, and you can be the beneficiary of it. And Let Go of the idea that you are stuck or that you are in a loop or holding old patterns.
You are always Creating, always Expanding and you are always rising to a Higher level of Consciousness and a Higher Vibrational state, although it may not always seem that way. Right now, 'tune-in' to how your fellow Humans are Evolving if you want to experience what it Feels like to be enormously contributing to the Evolution of the entire Human Consciousness which is available to you at all times. We encourage you all to do your best to 'enjoy the journey' as a Human on Earth through all the challenges, all the ups and downs because the Joy is there, and you can find it if you look hard enough.
Prior to your births into those beautiful bodies, you knew that the intended type of experience of Expansion and Growth would be a roller coaster ride and you knew that you would be Awakening in this lifetime. You also knew you would experience 'great changes' and that you would acclimate to them, however, you 'did not know' exactly 'how' you were going to do all of this. You did not know 'how' you would use your Free Will to make choices and 'how' you would eventually express yourselves as the beautiful Beings of Love and Light that you are. In your lives you do have many opportunities to demonstrate 'experientially' to yourselves Who and What You Are. It is about EXPERIENCING it 'while in the flesh' and everyone else is giving you the opportunity to do that, because it is not about proving Who and What you are to anyone.
They are playing their roles for you so that you may know yourselves as Source Energy Beings in the flesh. Before the incarnation, you do not get together to decide to make it easy on each other. You Know that other people are in your lives to push your buttons and to offer you opportunities to forgive them. You Know you must 'hold space' for another in some cases, who are unable in that moment of seeing themselves as they truly are. And you Know that you have the opportunity to see someone as capable of healing themselves, even if they no longer believe that they can overcome a physical ailment.
You KNOW that you 'have the ability' to do all these things and more, and you Know that it is in 'the making of those choices' that you get to 'Know yourselves' as you truly are. You then have the opportunity to see the changes that occur in the Outside World, through the changes in your governmental systems, educational, healthcare, and financial systems. You will see other people waking up, treating each other with more kindness and respect, and you will experience the creativity and the expression of Light that others display, because YOU decide that you want to live in a Universe where EVERYONE has the opportunity to do that and does that.
As always, it all starts with You, with your choice to use your Free Will to express the Light that you are. Remember, you are there to discover how much more of you there is, therefore it does not Serve you to concern yourself on how you present to the rest of the World, or how the World perceives you, nor of what others think of you or say about you. And to other people around you, you may appear strange or even crazy, however, it will only be because you are doing something that they have not yet worked out how to do for themselves.
By you going within, by connecting with Higher Energy Beings, and E.T.'s etc in meditation, you are doing things that other people may not even want to do, however, you must do them because they represent more of the truth of Who You Really Are as an Infinite and ever-Expanding Being. We remind you that YOU are the 'Changemakers', and you are there to 'Experience the Changes' so that you can see those reflections and you can Know that YOU, did in fact, Create the New Earth, the Earth that is 'your Earth', that is 'your Experience' of your beautiful Planet.
Remember, that your first contact with E.T.s will be just the beginning, there will be so much more for you to explore and discover when you find yourself as a part of a Galactic Community that includes so many other Beings and with many other Perspectives within the Galaxy and Universe. These are exciting times indeed and you are doing well there on Earth, and so we again, ask you to Acknowledge yourselves. Even with all what is going on planet Earth with another war, we remind you that you have several responses that you can choose from.
You can go into FEAR, which many people have done throughout the past years since the end of the last World War, focusing and wondering about another World War. You can Choose to point fingers at who is at fault or to blame, you can choose conspiracies with what is actually happening, becoming more embroiled in that warring Energy. Or, you can Choose to look 'within yourself' and ask yourself where you are warring with another person, group, or even within yourself. You ALL need to do that, because your World does reflect to you what you are Vibrating. And when you want to see Peace on Earth, you need to cultivate Peace within yourself. You need to 'experience' Inner Peace with your Thoughts, Ideas, Beliefs, and your Emotions, and then you can see World Peace being reflected to you.
Until that time when you do have Peace across your planet, you need to ask yourself 'where you are at war'. You need to ask 'with whom' you are at war and whether it is worth continuing to hold onto those grudges, those resentments, anger, and hate. And you will Let Go of all those things that keep you from the space, the Vibration of Inner Peace once you decide that 'nothing' is worth YOU being out of Alignment with your true Self, your Source.
If you want to live on a peaceful Planet, you need to make Peace with the fact that people behave and think differently than you do and make Peace with the fact that some people are not as kind as you would like them to be. You also need to make Peace with the Truth that there are many ways of knowing God, the Creator within all the many religions all over the World, that are different than yours. You ALL can do the work on yourselves to bring about the Changes that you want to see.
If something upsets you that you see outside of you, then you need to change the way you are 'viewing it', that then allows you to change the way you are 'Feeling about it'. You can then ask yourself why you created it and what it is in your Consciousness to provide you with, because there is always something, something that you are meant to do, and there are so many ways that you have in which to Grow Spiritually. When you are living your lives as the Peace-loving master's that you are, you are setting an example to everyone else and you send out a ripple, creating a ripple effect. It is with every Thought, Word and Action, that YOU affect EVERYONE.
Therefore, by you not believing that the wars currenting happening will ever affect you and by you doing that work on yourself, you can then enjoy some of the Peace that is on your World. There are many obstacles, pitfalls, and roadblocks that you are doing there on Earth and there is always the latest information to tap into to know about the latest war, the latest political headline, because that information spreads rapidly. However, more effort is required to search on your part, to look for positive news, miracles, and people who are helping other people in caring ways. Therefore, start searching if you want to be 'inspired' by your fellow Humans.
You need to consider why you would want to 'tap in' to bad news regularly. It may be that it can place someone's problems into Perspective for them, and they can actually Feel better about the challenges they are facing in their lives. While other people may think they need to 'stay informed' so they can talk intelligently about what is happening in the World, and the list goes on. In some cases, people are simply a Vibrational match to what is negative and on the news. It all makes sense to them that this is what is happening in the World. However, if you want to Feel Positive Expectation, Joy, Love, Peace and you want to be inspired by your fellow Humans, then we suggest you go find the 'good news' and you will find it.
There is so much going on there on Earth that is good, heart-warming, heart-opening, heart-expanding. There is so much happening that will let you know, without a doubt, that Humanity is moving in the right direction. You may have something very specific in your life that you are trying to do, to accomplish, to heal, to manifest. We encourage you to look for evidence of people who have already achieved it and know that you have created those versions of them in your Reality to inspire you, which is why they exist in your Reality, to show you so that you can know that you can do what you want to do.
You are all there to Help, Inform, Inspire each other, to Collaborate and Co-Create with one another. Once you know that, you can place your attention towards those events, stories, and circumstances, and go to sleep at night 'feeling good' about where Humanity is and where you are headed as an Individual, and as a part of the Human Collective. Know that you are simply looking in the wrong direction if you find yourself going in a downward spiral, that ends in a pit of despair. All these things do exist, they are there and are meant to be there, as Choices.
Once you become Aware of something heart-breaking happening on Earth, then you have a choice with what to do about it. There are many things you can do, you can hold a Group Meditation, Pray or you can Visualise by sending Love, Healing, and Compassion to ALL people involved, and there is no need for you to decide that Humanity will not make it and that you will blow yourselves up one way or another. Therefore, 'Pay Attention' to what you are 'Paying Attention to' and always notice how you FEEL. What you place your 'Attention on' will Expand, and so, ask yourself if you want more of that.
Understand that the Universe is like one 'giant algorithm' providing you more of what you are placing your attention on. This is the time to use your Free Will and to know that so much good is happening, right now. Even though at times, it may Feel like you are trudging through boggy mud to where you are going to Individually and Collectively, that Feeling is there to remind you that what you are doing is enormous. This is an enormous 'shift in Consciousness' that you are making, and it is not one that you wanted to make all at once.
You knew before you incarnated that it would be a long journey and that you would be moving through many Energies to arrive at where you are ultimately going, which is a movement to a Higher Frequency range. By moving through some of the Dark, you are moving more into the Light and holding more of the Light within you. You will see some of the Dark as yours and some of it you will see as others, however, it exists, and it is there for you to Grow from. There is no need to lament the fact that it exists or that it is in your experience, as it is there to Serve you, by getting you to identify more as the Light that you truly are.
And you must Choose, and you must keep making that choice to 'Be the Light'. If it seems challenging to do, it is because it is meant to be challenging. The challenge of it all makes it worth your while, it is also something that you can really Feel, and something you can really Experience. And you can only experience Growth if you really FEEL into that 'un-expanded state'. It can be discouraging and disheartening at times to Know what it Feels like, however, you knew you wanted to have those experiences as well.
Do not despair, for you knew ultimately that you would 'choose to see everything' as an exciting opportunity to become more of Who and What You Really Are. You are playing a very long game, and you are meant to be exactly where you are, therefore, do not give up on anyone, on yourself, or on Humanity. Once you can Accept that and Accept the 'perfection of the very moment that you are in', it is then possible for you to Experience that moment, in a different and new way.
You are moving from being uncomfortable to being comfortable, from Feeling as though you are less, to Knowing that you are more. And sometimes you must Accept that it will be an experience that you do not like. You did not take on this 'life experience' lightly and when you identify more as your Soul Self, you can align with the Knowing that this is exactly what you wanted, where you are supposed to be, right here and right now. Knowing that you had everything that you needed inside of you to overcome the challenges, obstacles, and the pitfalls.
Know that you will find what you are looking for when you reach deep down within yourselves, and you will find what you are needing 'to Be the Light' in the face of the Dark and as a result, to ALLOW that Expansion to occur effortlessly. This Expansion is effortless, because it is inevitable, and it is yours. It is what you signed up for and what you as a Soul wanted to Experience. Allow that Gift to yourself in every moment of every day by 'relaxing more into the moment', by Accepting it As It Is, and by Knowing that there is always more.
